Berdasarkan manga yang dibuat oleh Tetsuhiro Koshita, Bakusou Kyoudai Lets & Go! memiliki 2 season yang menceritakan tentang 2 bersaudara bernama Go dan TRF Victorys. Musim ke-3, Bakusou Kyoudai Lets & Go! MAX menambah 2 karakter utama baru, tapi cerita utama masih tentang balapan Tamiya!

Lets & Go! berfokus pada Retsu dan Go Seiba, dua saudara muda yang menerima mobil balap yang disebut “Mini 4WD” oleh Dr Tsuchia. Dari sana, dua anak laki-laki itu mengikuti pelatihan dan bagian costumizing untuk kemudian berpartisipasi pada Piala Jepang, di mana semua pembalap Jepang masuk untuk menjadi yang terbaik dari yang terbaik!
